I have a thing about gardens, and parks and forests. No wonder visiting all the botanical gardens – and other gardens too – are on my bucket list of must-see places.

 

I’ve visited some of South Africa’s Gardens over the years, amongst them Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Kirstenbosch and Aberdeen. Over recent months I also visited the Botanical Gardens in Taipei, Edinburgh and Kuala Lumpur and Johnston Gardens in Aberdeen. It is hard now to choose my favourite but I guess Kirstenbosch will always be on top of my list.

There were many forests and waterfalls on my list too, so you can expect many of those. And sunsets and sunrises.
